Account Deletion Policy

At Interview Upskill, we value your privacy and give you control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request that your account be deleted and details which data is permanently removed and which is retained in accordance with legal requirements.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please follow one of the methods below:

  1. Via the App: Log into your account in Interview Upskill, navigate to the Profile section, and tap the Delete Account option. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your deletion request.
  2. Via Email: If you are unable to delete your account through the app, please send an email to support@interview-upskill.com with your registered email address and a request to delete your account.

Your deletion request will be processed within a reasonable time frame. You will receive a confirmation once your account and associated data (except for the data retained as noted above) have been deleted.
